Health was actually alright. I don't remember having any issues except for that cool spider bite on my finger.
Did you get yourself vaccinated against the (new) flu?
You mean Swine flu (H1N1)? Yeah I took it at school. Didn't even hurt afterward.
Did you make any big changes to yourself or around your place?
Well I got rid of the regular, laser mouse and got a cool trackball mouse. Does that count?
Are you happy about it?
Oh yeah. I haven't regreted going to a trackball.
Biggest acquisition of the year?
Getting a Flip camcorder was the most expensive thing I got this year. Excluding senior portraits and the like.
Newest electronic gadget?
See above with the Trackball mouse and Flip.
Store in which you left the biggest amount of money (for non-food stuff)?
Either Amazon or ThinkGeek. One of the two.
Would you have noticed the economic crisis if nobody had talked about it?
Yeah. It hit all of the families in my neighborhood pretty hard.
Did you go on vacation? If so, where to?
This summer we traveled around the country for my sister's softball team. That was our vacation.
Best movie?
Umm... Probably Taken. (This is a bonus, but least favorite? New Moon)
Best TV-show(s)?
HOUSE. If you mean a new series, I don't know. Don't really keep up with them too much.
Best book?
Definitely Paper Towns. Loved that book.
Most loved game?
Definitely not a new game but I just started playing Ocarina of Time this year.
Best song?
Umm.... Fireflies by Owl City wasn't too bad...
Worst catchy tune?
Listening to any of Soulja Boy's songs. I cannot stand it.

Student Council Christmas party at my house.

Re-shingled a a storage building. On Independence Day.
Where did you spend Christmas?
At my house, with the rest of the family.
Do you have your own Christmas tree at home?
Yep we sure did. Though it was fake it was real in our hearts.
Did you manage to get together all the Christmas presents in time for the 24th of December?
Yes barely. So thankful for all the stores giving way free two day shipping. I literally started ordering stuff the week before Christmas.
Best present for you?
It's a tie: the trackball mouse and the Gap hoodie from the girlfriend.
Most fun in giving a present?
A little robotic chick from ThinkGeek. It was the coolest gift ever. It chirps!
What did you do on New Year's Eve?
Stayed at the youth minister's house with some more youth. We had an attempted bonfire (it failed) and played Guitar Hero: World Tour and ate good food.
Does this planning for New Year's stress you so much as well?
Nope cause I didn't plan any of it.
Do you have any New Year's Resolutions?
Not that I can think of right now. I did have something this morning, but it escapes me.
Is there anything you want to do for the first time in the coming year?
Pass my first semester in college with flying colors. That's a biggie.
All in all: Was it an awesome year, a mediocre one or rather a stupid one?
It was a pretty doggone good year.
